What the game teaches you
Race for Eggs has two main activities: training and racing. Equipping dumbbells automatically builds Strength, while Strength governs course speed. Racing then uses Speed against multiple NPC rivals.
Each time you outpace an NPC, the beginner guide says your reward improves. Defeating every NPC can unlock another world and restart the growth loop at a higher level.
Controls table
The documented controls are intentionally simple. Learn the race rhythm before chasing upgrades, because your next useful purchase should solve the thing that actually slowed the run.
On mobile or console, follow the live on-screen prompts; the captured guide documents the PC keys but not every platform mapping.
First-session checklist
Open the Shop, choose Codes, and enter RELEASE. The reward is 1x Lizard Pet, which gives you an income-producing Pet early.
Train for a short block and run a repeatable race. Hatch the Egg, place the Pet, then check whether race placement or Cash rate is the next bottleneck. Change only one system before the next comparison.
Eggs, Dice and dumbbells
Better race performance can lead to better Eggs. Dice purchased with Cash have unique Luck multipliers and can improve the odds of high-rarity eggs. Dumbbells have weight and power ratings; higher power is generally the better option according to Sportskeeda.
Dumbbell training is largely hands-free, and QTEs can add occasional Strength. That makes training a good background task between race checks, but it does not replace Pet income.
Common beginner mistakes
Treating all rewards as Cash is the first trap. Races produce Eggs, Pets produce Cash, and upgrades consume Cash. Mixing those layers makes it impossible to tell what failed.
The second trap is copying an exact threshold from another account. The captured sources do not publish a universal requirement per world, so test your current setup and record the change.

What is the fastest first upgrade?
No universal order is published. Compare race performance and Cash rate, then buy the cheapest item that addresses the observed bottleneck.
Do I need Robux?
No. The beginner guide explicitly says premium elements are not required to play.
